This may seem to be a strange concept, especially since everywhere you look you here "lose weight now" "lose 10 pounds this week" and so on.  But your subconcious mind has A LOT to do with what type of shape your body is in (which I will get more into in later tips) and when you are telling it to "lose weight" your subconcious mind looks for things that are lost, and it will find it again.

This may seem a little strange and confusing but it is true.  Focus more on what type of shape you want your body to be in, and start saying you are getting rid of fat, or releasing weight, burning fat, diminishing your weight, and so on.  There is a lot more to this, but it will be described in tips to come so keep checking in!

Start with focusing on what you want your body to look like and burn that fat, get rid of it, release it, diminish it, dwindle it away, melt it off, give it away, but NEVER lose it.  You want it gone
